New beginnings

B-term looks to be more successful than A-term. History classes are cool, especially when both of them are about roughly the same thing.

And the Statics guy is crazy!

more rambling

Not much else to dwell on than school. I am looking forward to going home, even though it will be much less green and much less populated than when I left. I'll also add that the boat ticket is much less....no, wait, it costs the same friggin amount! Until October 31st, what the hell is that crap? $63 each way is insane.

Work last night was pretty normal, except I saw an accident -- but it was after the fact -- where some genius in a Suzuki ran into this BMW that was parked... the guy was all kinds of sideways, I have no idea what he was trying to accomplish in that position. Um, and the other car was PARKED!? Oh well. Like driver's Ed always told us: "You're driving with idiots."

I had a rather annoying exhaust leak that was getting pretty loud, so I took a look at the manifold... turns out the bolts attaching the cat to the manifold were totally loose and rattling around. So, I had some fun lying on the pad at Exxon (only place out of the rain) under my car, tightening bolts before work so they didn't fall off during the 7-hours of relentless Worcester driving. I don't think they cared too much, I bought some overpriced gas from them so they can suck it.

That's it for now. Fun highway driving tomorrow. I still have to burn myself some new music for the drive. Like Sam Adams... always a good decision.

I Recommend

That all you bastards take $9.25 and go to the movies next week, when Team America: World Police actually comes out.

"America: FUCK YEAH! So lick my butt, and suck on my balls!"
-A quote from the theme song

Finals

So, apparently the two finals which I actually need to take are both TODAY. Crap. And that homework I'm working on was due yesterday! Oops.

Making LEDs blink is less satisfying than it should be, but I finally got the hang of it the other day. Now they want us to make them blink in some sort of different way... OK..... Here I am, paitently waiting in AK for someone to open the labs so I can get to the crazy blinking action.

It's weird, there are others like me who are in academic buildings during those hours that shouldn't exist. You know... after like 2am, but before the sun is back? I wonder what kind of drugs they are on. I tell ya, they all look miserable just like me.

Anyone who wants to explain some of the finer points of Microeconomics to me before 3pm should hit me up, yo! Mostly on factor markets, or something. Its all pretty simplistic, but requires reading and time... investment of which is limited at this point.

OK, now it's past 8am, someone should open up that lab now! I'm off to bitch and moan until it happens. Prosit! (or... drink, bitch!)
